You doom scroll, binge Netflix, fix everyone else's problems, and then wonder why you feel empty and inauthentic.

I get it. I’m here to help you break the safety of the consumer loop your ego keeps you stuck in and breakthrough to the “true you” creatrix.

Mushroom & the Muse

Art therapy for the Recovering Perfectionist

Let's skip the part where you tell me you're not creative and don’t have any spare time.

I promise you have time. You have energy. You just haven't been spending it on you.

Human brains need to create. Not to be good at something. Not to post it. Not to profit from it.

Just to make MAGIC.

When you only consume social media, Netflix, Amazon, you get energetically lethargic. You become a passenger in your own existence. And perfectionism keeps you from even trying, because if you can't do it perfectly, you convince yourself it's better not to do it at all.

Do you know how to play? Do you know who you are? Are you happy? I’ve learned that the answer to all of those questions can be found in art, travel and taking mushrooms. This group can help you with at least two of the three.

I promise I have made this easy, enjoyable and cost conscious. It won’t feel like something heavy on your to do list and I’m not going to ask you to buy a bunch of supplies you never use.

Without ART, the Earth is just Eh.

It’s time to get your hands dirty and let your heart sparkle.

Give me 12 weeks to blow your obsession with perfection out of the water.

Easy art & craft assignments — designed to be done in 20-40 minutes or less, with whatever you have around you. The goal isn't beautiful. The goal is done.

A group chat that actually cheers you on — not a place to perform your healing, but a real community of people who want to celebrate your inner artist. We are going to have FUN!

Videos on how to heal through creativity — including how to work with art therapy principles, how psychedelics and mushrooms can open creative channels, and guided exploration across photography, drawing, movement, cooking, dressing, and more.

Every week you get to pick out of a ton of small assignments. We are committing ourselves to increasing creation and decreasing consumption. This program replaces passive consumption with low-stakes creative acts, not to make you an artist, but to break the loop of burnout, anxiety, and stagnation.

These are just some of the categories:

  • Zen Photography

  • Emotional Mastery Painting and or Drawing

  • Dance, Movement, Singing, Playing an Instrument to be Witnessed

  • Playlist Design or Pinterest Board Curation

  • Dressing/Personal style as identity play

  • Jewelry Making or extrafying your wardrobe

  • Cooking as Sensory Grounding

  • Poetry/Collage Art as narrative-making

The Why

This is therapy for the part of you that's been withholding your own creativity. The part that starts things, stalls out, and then quietly decides you're a failure for it. We're undoing that here. Every week, you choose your level. Five minutes or fifty, it counts either way. And you share it with a small group of women who get it, because they're doing the scary thing right alongside you. Art therapy will stay with you for the rest of your life, I promise.

Art Therapy is Priceless

We kick off June 17th!
