Maybe I owe it to my parents for naming me Bijou — a French word meaning “precious little gem” or “trinket.” That name must’ve planted a seed in me early on: that my life was something to be treasured. Over the years, I’ve done the deep work to understand that truth on a cellular level.

Why? Because I’ve seen what happens when we forget. When we disconnect from our inherent value, it shows up as burnout, discontent, and dis-ease.

Living an extraordinary life isn’t reserved for the chosen few. The consciousness and courage it takes to live your most epic, aligned life are already within you. Most of us have just gotten distracted, discouraged, or disconnected from that truth. But with desire, devotion, and the right tools — including plant medicine, somatic practices, and creative expression — we can come back home to it.

To create is to bring something beautiful into existence — whether that’s a business, a relationship, a work of art, or a whole new version of you.

We’re being called to compost the outdated ways we’ve been taught to see ourselves and the world. To shift from unconscious reaction to conscious creation. To move from consumption to presence.
