Maybe I owe it to my parents for naming me Bijou which means precious little gem or trinket. Early on, my name must have planted the idea that my life was to be treasured. For many years I’ve been working to make sure that I understood this on a cellular level. Why? Because I have found that the people I have met along the way that have forgotten this important fact are unhappy and unhealthy.

Did you too forget that you are a masterpiece in the making and that your story and gifts are important to the planet? This big bustling world can make it easy for one to assume that your life is meaningless rather than extraordinary. 

Living an incredible life is not a rare ability designated for a special few. The consciousness and bravery needed to creatively write the most epic story of your life are fundamental aspects of being human; although we’ve all become too distracted and fearful to access these important tools. I’ve found that we can all harness them again through desire, determination and plant medicine work. 

We just have to remember. 

To create is to bring something beautiful into existence, be it our businesses, relationships, or our art. You don’t have to be a famous musician, artist, athlete, or entrepreneur.  Through the ordinary state of being, we're already creators in the most profound way, creating our experience of reality and composting the world we perceive.

The stories and data we collect can be the key to the most profound human experience. Shifting to consciously creating and receiving rather than un-consciously, running the old programs and narratives we were given at birth is the key. I would like to guide you to open to the practice of paying attention. Refining our sensitivity to tune in to the more subtle cues from our bodies and intuitions. Noticing what turns us on and shuts us down. Noticing what feelings, and desires arise and where they lead. A single conscious choice at a time, your entire life is a form of self-expression. You exist as a creative being in a creative universe. Your life can be a precious work of art. Please allow me to help you remember.
